Returns
EU and UK customers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. US and Canadian customers can return within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send return instructions. The robot should come back complete and in its original packaging.

Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered under the Pollen Robotics manufacturer warranty. Contact us, not the manufacturer: we diagnose the issue with you and arrange repair, replacement parts or a replacement robot. EU and UK customers also keep their two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
What is not covered
Damage from drops, liquids or modifications to the hardware, and normal wear of rollers and shells. Changing the software, including training and installing your own policies, does not affect your warranty.
