These terms explain how a Microduck pre-order works. They apply together with our terms of sale.
Payment
You pay the full price, including any tax and shipping shown at checkout, when you place your pre-order. There is no deposit and no later payment.
Delivery estimate
Current estimate: 4–6 months from your order date, in order of purchase. Orders ship in the order they were placed. The estimate depends on the manufacturer’s production schedule. If it moves, we email you with the new date.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before your order ships. We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.
After delivery
Customers in the EU and UK can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Customers in the US and Canada can return it within 30 days. See returns and warranty.
Product changes
Photos and videos show pre-production units. The manufacturer may make small changes before shipping. If a change affects the core features or contents listed on the product page, you can cancel for a full refund.
