Microduck is available to pre-order now. Here is how it works when you order from us.
Price
The robot is $399 in the US and Canada, before sales tax. European prices are in euros, with VAT for your country added at checkout. Packs bought with a robot are discounted.
What you pay and when
You pay the full amount when you order. There is no deposit and no surprise second charge. If you change your mind before your order ships, we refund all of it.
Delivery estimate
Current estimate: 4–6 months from your order date, in order of purchase. Robots ship in the order they were ordered, so ordering early keeps your place in line. We email you when your order is packed, with tracking.
Where we ship
The United States, Canada, every EU country, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
After it arrives
Customers in the EU and UK have 14 days to withdraw after delivery. Warranty claims go through us, and we deal with the manufacturer for you. Details are on our returns and warranty page.
